Ultra-High-Temperature Concentrated Sulfuric Acid Submersible Centrifugal Pump
This series is a single-stage, single-suction, axially suctioned, radially split submersible centrifugal pump, designed in accordance with ISO 13709 and API 610 (11th Edition) standards. It can operate at a submersion depth of up to 3.6 m and features a double-support structure. Two rows of angular contact ball bearings under the liquid handle axial loads, while one or two pairs of sliding bearings (sleeves and bushings) handle radial loads. The flow-wetted parts are made of high-quality, high-temperature stainless steel, providing excellent resistance to high-temperature sulfuric acid corrosion.
Application scope:
It is suitable for transferring concentrated sulfuric acid at temperatures up to 250 °C and concentrations of 98.6–100%. Designed for high-temperature, highly corrosive conditions, this pump ensures reliable operation, long service life, and excellent chemical resistance in demanding sulfuric acid production and handling processes.
