This series achieves a maximum submerged depth of 3.6 meters. It employs a dual-support structure: above the liquid level, two rows of angular contact ball bearings bear axial loads; below the liquid level, one or two pairs of sliding bearings (i.e., shaft sleeves and bushings) bear radial loads. The flow-through components are crafted from high-quality JSB alloy material, resistant to high-temperature sulfuric acid corrosion, ensuring long service life.

Used in drying and absorption cycle systems of sulfuric acid production, as well as for conveying finished concentrated sulfuric acid. Suitable for transporting sulfuric acid at temperatures ≤120°C with concentrations ranging from 93% to 98%, or fuming sulfuric acid at temperatures ≥105°C.

Vertical Sulfuric Acid Pump for Drying Tower and Absorption Tower Circulation

This vertical sulfuric acid pump is specially designed for drying tower and absorption tower circulation systems in sulfuric acid production. With a maximum submerged depth of 3.6 meters and a dual-support structure, it delivers stable operation, strong axial and radial load capacity, and long-term reliability in corrosive working conditions. The wetted parts are made of high-quality JSB alloy, offering excellent resistance to high-temperature sulfuric acid corrosion. It is suitable for handling concentrated sulfuric acid with concentrations from 93% to 98% at temperatures up to 120°C, making it an ideal choice for continuous acid circulation and finished acid transfer. Similar sulfuric-acid vertical pump designs are widely used in tower circulation and product acid service because they improve reliability and reduce maintenance in harsh acid environments.

High Temperature Concentrated Sulfuric Acid Pump for 93% to 98% Acid Transfer

This high temperature concentrated sulfuric acid pump is engineered for transferring finished concentrated sulfuric acid and fuming sulfuric acid in demanding chemical process systems. Designed for temperatures up to 120°C and acid concentrations between 93% and 98%, it provides dependable performance in sulfuric acid plants, chemical processing units, and related industrial applications. Its robust submerged structure and corrosion-resistant alloy materials help extend service life while minimizing downtime. For users seeking a corrosion resistant acid pump for oleum, acid transfer, or sulfuric acid circulation, this pump offers an efficient and durable solution for severe-duty applications. Industry references show vertical sulfuric acid pumps are commonly selected for absorption, drying, oleum, and product acid duties because of their safe installation and strong process reliability.

Process Pump for Fertilizer Industry and Corrosion Resistant Chemical Applications

A process pump is one of the most important equipment solutions in the fertilizer industry, designed to handle corrosive liquids, chemical slurry, and complex process media under demanding operating conditions. In modern fertilizer production systems, pumps are required to deliver stable flow, high efficiency, and long service life while working with aggressive fluids such as liquid fertilizer, phosphoric acid, and other chemical solutions. A high-performance process pump helps ensure continuous production, lower maintenance costs, and safer fluid transfer throughout the plant.

In fertilizer manufacturing, a process pump is widely used for liquid circulation, chemical transfer, acid handling, and slurry transportation. Because many process fluids contain corrosive compounds or suspended solids, standard pumps may not offer the durability needed for long-term service. This is why industrial users often choose a corrosion resistant fertilizer pump that is specifically engineered for severe-duty environments. As a reliable chemical pump, the process pump can handle a wide range of media, including liquid fertilizer, phosphoric acid, acidic solutions, and solid-containing process liquids.

A process pump also plays a key role as a chemical transfer pump in fertilizer plants, moving raw materials, intermediate liquids, and finished chemical products between storage tanks, reactors, and production lines. In applications involving acidic fluids, it can also serve as an acid pump, while in systems with suspended particles or higher viscosity, it may function similarly to a slurry pump. This flexibility makes the process pump a highly versatile option for customers seeking one reliable pumping solution for multiple fertilizer and chemical processing tasks.

As a type of chemical centrifugal pump, the process pump is valued for its efficient hydraulic design, stable pressure output, and suitability for continuous-duty operation. With proper material selection and sealing configuration, it can provide excellent resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and temperature-related stress. This makes it especially useful in environments where liquid fertilizer and chemical compounds may quickly damage conventional pumping equipment. By improving process reliability and reducing unexpected shutdowns, a well-designed process pump contributes directly to better plant performance and operating efficiency.

In addition to fertilizer production, process pumps are widely used in petrochemical plants, wastewater treatment, metallurgy, phosphoric acid handling, and other industrial sectors where corrosive or abrasive media must be transferred safely. When selecting a process pump, buyers should evaluate factors such as flow rate, head, temperature, media composition, material construction, and sealing method. A professionally engineered process pump is the ideal choice for companies looking for an efficient, durable, and corrosion resistant solution for fertilizer industry applications and chemical process transfer.
