High-Temperature Concentrated Sulfuric Acid Submersible Centrifugal Pump
This series is a single-stage, single-suction, axially suctioned, radially split submersible centrifugal pump, designed in accordance with API 610 (11th Edition). It can operate at a submersion depth of up to 3.6 m. The pump features a double-support structure, with two rows of angular contact ball bearings under the liquid to handle axial loads, and one or two pairs of sliding bearings (sleeves and bushings) to handle radial loads. The flow-wetted parts are made of high-quality JSB alloy, offering excellent resistance to high temperature and sulfuric acid corrosion, ensuring a long service life.
Application scope:
Suitable for transferring sulfuric acid in drying and absorption circulation systems, as well as in the finished product processes of sulfuric acid production. Capable of handling concentrated sulfuric acid (93–98%) at temperatures up to 120 °C, or fuming sulfuric acid with concentrations of 105% and above.
