Chemical Mixed-Flow Centrifugal Pump

This series of chemical mixed-flow pumps is a single-stage, single-suction, radially split, cantilever centrifugal pump, designed in accordance with GB/T 13008 standards. Based on solid-liquid two-phase flow theory, the hydraulic design fully accounts for the transfer of slurry particles, ribbon fibers, and similar media. The flow-wetted components are made of duplex stainless steel, offering excellent wear and corrosion resistance. The pump features low vibration, low noise, reliable operation, long service life, and easy maintenance.

Application scope:

Suitable for conveying slurries with a solids concentration of up to 60%, including acidic, neutral, alkaline, corrosive, and abrasive media. Commonly used in industries such as phosphate fertilizer production, wet metallurgy, non-ferrous metallurgy, salt and alkali processing, power generation, and light industry.
